In the past we have had several real estate companies manage our rental properties. They were acceptable in some capacity but never had the complete tools or resources that we needed until we met Hawes Real Estate eight years ago. Their selection of tenants is outstanding as most have stayed in our properties on average three years. When we had a vacancy Monika, Hawes property manager, is in constant communication with us throughout the process of finding tenants that met our criteria.
Once a tenant signed a contract Yolie, the maintenance department manager, insures the property is in good working order with a thorough inspection. This has kept us from unexpected expenses.
Hawes accounting department has made sure our draws are always deposited on time. It doesn’t matter if we are away on a trip or not our funds are there when we need them. Another great thing is we always have our phone calls returned in a timely manner. We work with Sherri and it is a relief to know she has our best interest at heart. There isn’t a problem she can’t solve.
We can’t imagine looking for another company as Hawes Real Estate is the best.
