To rent with Hawes Real Estate you need the following:
- Each person 18-years & over must complete a rental application
- Proof of monthly income (before tax) of at least 2 ½- 3 times the rent amount, depending on property.
- Last 2 months of pay stubs if W-2 or 6 months of bank statement if 1099.
- At least 12-months verifiable prior rental history
- Clean rental history.
- Any bankruptcy will be taken on a case by case basis.
- Copy of Drivers License or ID
- A credit report & criminal background check are done on every applicant
- $43 Non-refundable application fee per applicant over the age of 18.
- Maximum occupancy limit of 2 people for each bedroom (e.g., 2 bedroom = 4 people maximum, 1 bedroom = 2 people maximum)
- Pet Policy – Additional security deposit per pet is required, deposit amount varies depending on property
